Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level HVAC O&M services to residential, light commercial, and heavy commercial customers.
  • Diagnose and repair complex HVAC systems, including plumbing, pipefitting, and mechanical equipment.
  • Work with advanced heavy commercial and industrial cutting-edge equipment.
  • Participate in our Service Technical Academy (STA) for factory certification and professional development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC O&M, plumbing, pipefitting, and/or mechanical equipment service.
  • Valid driver's license and necessary licenses to work with refrigerants, boilers, and steam.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • HVAC state certification or willingness to obtain.
