  • Maintain effective communication across all levels of hospital staff and with external stakeholders to ensure coordinated care and resource optimization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Nursing is required; Masters degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in surgical services leadership, demonstrating a track record of operational excellence and team leadership.
  • Current registered nurse license in Florida, or eligibility to obtain.
  • Certifications such as CNOR and CSSM are highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage complex team dynamics and navigate fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Strong fiscal acumen, with experience managing departmental budgets and financial resources.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, capable of leading diverse teams and engaging with a range of clinical professionals.

Salary Range:

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $134,659 and $161,574, based on experience.
