Job Summary

CentraCare is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality patient care services in the St. Cloud and surrounding areas. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients of all ages to prevent, assess, alleviate, or correct physical disability, bodily dysfunction, or pain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapeutic exercises, activities, and interventions to promote patient independence and well-being
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address patient needs and goals
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Minnesota
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
