Dishroom Attendant

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Great Western Dining. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, and utensils to ensure a clean and safe environment for our staff and customers.
• Restock dining areas and cook stations with clean dishes, utensils, and equipment.
• Clean and maintain all kitchen equipment, including coffee makers, mixers, and other appliances.
• Unload and store deliveries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Sweep and mop floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Take out the trash and rinse garbage cans to ensure a clean and odor-free environment.
• Support other staff members by assisting with other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimal work experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts and lift at least 25 pounds.
• Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures.
