Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level associate to join our Data Privacy & Cybersecurity team in the Northeast region. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience working as an attorney in incident and data breach response, mitigation, remediation, coordination, and litigation.

Responsibilities
  • Provide counsel on security incident and data breach response, state and federal data privacy and security laws, and enforcement actions.
  • Assist with technology contracts; compliance with state data privacy laws; and assist with data privacy litigation and other litigation matters.
Requirements

The candidate should be knowledgeable in the area of artificial intelligence and have strong academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills. Attorneys must be admitted in the state of their primary office location.
