Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Utility Solar Farm Materials Coordinator to join our team at Professional Safety Solutions, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials for our utility-scale solar projects in Ohio.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and extensive experience in supporting large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a materials management plan that aligns with project timelines.
  • Coordinate with other managers and project stakeholders to determine materials requirements.
  • Select and confirm suppliers and vendors.
  • Monitor the procurement process, including ordering and tracking materials.
  • Manage inventory and storage of materials on-site.
  • Track materials usage and waste.
  • Monitor and report on the status of materials deliveries.
  • Ensure all materials meet project quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in managing materials for large-scale construction projects.
  • Knowledge of procurement and supply chain management best practices.
  • Strong project management skills, including budget management and vendor coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
