Position Overview
Under the supervision of the General Manager, the individual will be responsible for a variety of maintenance and custodial tasks within the facility. This includes ensuring cleanliness throughout the store, restrooms, gaming areas, and exterior facilities. Responsibilities also encompass power washing the building's exterior, fueling areas, and parking lots, as well as performing minor repairs on various equipment. The role includes assisting customers with propane dispensing and R.V. waste disposal, while diligently maintaining daily maintenance logs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Thoroughly clean all designated areas, including restrooms and external facilities.
  • Conduct power washing of the building exterior and surrounding areas.
  • Perform minor repairs on car wash systems, store facilities, and fuel pumps.
  • Assist customers with propane services and R.V. dumping procedures.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs on a daily basis.

Qualifications
  • At least one (1) year of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Preferred training in custodial services within a gas station environment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Dependability and availability for various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, are essential.
  • A High School Diploma or G.E.D. is preferred.
