We are seeking a highly motivated Storytelling Catalyst to identify unique individuals and captivating stories that will drive engagement in our advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a keen understanding of diverse audiences, trends, and human interest stories that resonate.

Responsibilities
  • Discover compelling stories, real-life scenarios, and relatable individuals that embody our brand values and campaign objectives for use in media advertisements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand campaign goals and deliver story-driven concepts that enhance the brand narrative.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with agencies, organizations, and social media influencers to source diverse talent and stories across various communities.
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends, cultural moments, and social issues to ensure stories and talent are relevant, timely, and impactful.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess story viability, ensuring stories and individuals align with the brand's values, goals, and audience expectations.
  • Maintain an organized database of potential talent and stories, including relevant details, background information, and story angles for easy reference and use by creative teams.
  • Ensure that all talent sourcing and story use complies with ethical standards, privacy requirements, and legal considerations.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in story sourcing, casting, influencer/talent management, journalism, or a similar role with a strong emphasis on storytelling.
  • Excellent research, interviewing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and identify emotionally resonant stories that support brand and marketing goals.
  • Strong awareness of diverse cultures, communities, and social issues, with the ability to translate them into compelling narratives.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to pitch story concepts to internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per yearBenefits
