**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Lead Engineer II, Power Apps Development to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership and participate in developing/mentoring employees to build high-performing teams.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing technical leadership for onshore/offshore development managers, technical project leaders and developers.
  • Participating in developing/mentoring employees to build high-performing teams.
  • Accountable for all phases of the system development and implementation process including analysis, design, development, testing, and ongoing support for the client area's application systems in an environment of diverse development platforms.

**Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinating activities with IT management.
  • Overseeing project planning, scheduling, status reporting and project budgets.

**Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of eight years of recent experience working with application development teams in a lead capacity.

You should also have:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Demonstrated experience managing, planning, and administering the operational and administrative activities of several Applications Development teams with proficiency in Power Platform/Power Apps.
  • In-depth knowledge of the system development life cycle, the clients' area's functions and systems, and application program development alternatives.

**Salary Range**

The estimated salary range for this position is $130,000 - $190,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
