Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate in our Apparel, Entertainment, Toys, and Sporting Goods departments. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and adhering to visual merchandising standards.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Work collaboratively with other sales associates and management to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked store environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
