- Conduct research and analysis to improve clinical outcomes and patient safety.
- Develop and maintain accurate and complete records of patient care and medication use.
- Graduation from a recognized school of Pharmacy as approved and accepted by the University of South Alabama.
- Licensure with the State of Alabama to practice pharmacy.
- Controlled Substances certificate.
- Completion of an approved Alabama Board of Pharmacy IV certification program within three months of employment.
