Job Summary

ADP is seeking an experienced Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Belonging (IDEB) Senior Manager to join our team. As a subject matter expert, you will develop and execute global, enterprise-wide programs for IDEB across ADP. You will manage a portfolio of programs and work closely with stakeholders to provide guidance on strategic IDEB plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute complex, comprehensive programs to promote IDEB across ADP
  • Coordinate communications and alignment with key stakeholders to ensure successful program execution
  • Define success measures for each program and track and report on metrics
  • Provide subject matter advisory to leaders across the enterprise on IDEB best practices
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external HR and business leaders to advance the IDEB vision and mission
Requirements
  • 10+ years of Human Resources and/or IDEB experience
  • 5+ years of large-scale, strategic program management experience
  • Deep IDEB subject matter expertise and ability to articulate the business case for IDEB
  • Ability to interpret and leverage data to develop and enhance initiatives and programs
  • Expertise in designing and executing complex, global programs
