Job Summary

The RN Supervisor position at Tallmadge Health & Rehab Center is a critical role that requires a skilled and experienced nurse to oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care. As a RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for assessing resident needs, developing individualized care plans, administering nursing care, and supervising nursing assistants and other personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations
  • Follow established health, sanitary, and infection control policies
  • Provide direct care and med pass to residents as needed
Requirements
  • Current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN in the state of employment
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions
  • Ability to possess and demonstrate good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers, and community staff
  • Ability to observe proper safety and sanitary techniques
  • Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position/assignment

  • Previous supervisory experience
