Warehouse Coordinator

Job Summary

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for receiving, storing, repairing, displaying, and disposing of non-cash items. This role requires a high school diploma or GED and two years of experience in a warehouse setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Receives, stores, cleans, and repairs donated items
Arranges display and storage areas for maximum utilization
Assists in maintaining a clean appearance of the store and surrounding grounds
Assists with loading and unloading items
Issues non-cash receipts to donors
Assists in operating check out lanes, as needed
Assists customers and donors promptly and courteously
Performs administrative duties, as needed

Physical Requirements

The physical requirements for this role include standing, walking, sitting, listening, talking, using hands/fingers, and reaching with hands and arms. The employee must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and have specific vision requirements, including close, distance, color, and peripheral vision.
