Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse First Assist RNFA to join our team at Parham Doctors' Hospital. As a key member of our surgical services team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our surgeons in the operating room.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize principles of aseptic technique to create and maintain a sterile field.
  • Plan and provide equipment and supplies based on patient and physician needs.
  • Assist surgeons as needed, demonstrating competency in perioperative nursing practice.
  • Promote cost containment while delivering quality patient care within the operating room.
  • Participate in on-call assignments and demonstrate flexibility to cover staffing as needed.
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification.
  • Certified Registered Nurse First Assistant (CRNFA) certification preferred.
  • Registered Nurse licensure.
