Job Overview
Adoration Home Health and Hospice is seeking a skilled and empathetic Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team as a Home Health Aide in Gastonia, NC. Key Responsibilities
* Assist clients with various daily living activities, including grooming, feeding, and mobility
* Develop strong relationships with clients and their families by offering emotional support and companionship
* Maintain precise records of client interactions and progress, ensuring seamless collaboration with healthcare professionals
* Participate in the creation and implementation of personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals
* Undertake light housekeeping and laundry tasks as needed

Essential Qualifications
* A minimum age requirement of 18 years old
* Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in North Carolina, if necessary according to state licensure
* Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
* Completion of a recognized home care aide training program or 6 months of recent experience as an aide
* Capacity to lift up to 75 pounds and maintain physical stamina throughout the day

Compensation and Benefits
* Salary range: $45,000 - $65,000 annually, dependent on experience
