Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by greeting visitors warmly and ensuring they have an enjoyable time at our facilities.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our game rooms, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all.
• Monitor and report any issues with our games or equipment to management promptly.
• Assist guests with game-related queries and provide guidance on how to play.
• Upsell our center's offerings, such as bowling, billiards, and food & drinks, to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently to process transactions and manage arcade card sales.
• Unload, stock, and maintain inventory levels for our redemption centers.

Requirements

• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles or a proven track record of success in school or previous employment.

The approximate pay range for this position is $15-$16/hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
