Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality hair cutting, styling, and color services that exceed client expectations.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of hair products and offer expert recommendations to clients.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with hair care line representatives to establish and maintain exceptional standards for treatments.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Current VA State license and valid Cosmetology license required.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
  • Prior experience in the beauty industry, preferably in a resort setting.
Benefits and Compensation:
  • $45,000 - $55,000 per year (estimated based on location and experience).
