Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at the PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel, NJ. As a Cook, you will be responsible for the preparation, execution, and delivery of high-quality food to our customer-facing employees.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
• Report for scheduled events on time and be prepared to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Fulfill assigned opening and closing duties, including maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen.
• Work closely with supervisors, attendants, runners, chefs, and Legends management to ensure seamless food service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests to provide exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to Legends' safety policies and procedures, and complete any required safety training.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; degree or certificate in culinary arts preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant, caterer, or other relevant food service area.
• Proactive, self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize tasks as needed.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change quickly.
• Punctual and dependable, with excellent attendance and communication skills.
• Ability to read and retain information, perform simple mathematical calculations, and speak and read Basic English.
