About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, we are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team in the Department of Neurosurgery at Banner University Medical Center Tucson. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide exceptional patient care, perform therapeutic and diagnostic procedures, interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, educate, consult, and conduct research to treat patients with neurological conditions.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a highly competitive salary, ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 annually, depending on experience. Additionally, benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy plans, public service loan forgiveness eligibility, paid time off, and financial savings resources.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a DEA license, BLS, CPR, and ACLS certification. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in direct patient care, including first assist in neurosurgery cases, is preferred. You should also be a team player with a willingness to learn and thrive in an academic environment.
