Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Member to join our dynamic team at Capriotti's Sandwich Shop. As a Team Member, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional quality and service to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our customers receive hot food hot, cold food cold, and all food fresh, in a clean environment, in full uniform with a smile.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service skills, including good listening skills, speaking and communicating calmly, effectively, and in a friendly manner, and patience.
  • Uphold a professional appearance within dress code guidelines.
  • Handle money for customers and take stock of supplies, requiring basic mathematics skills.
  • Manage time effectively to avoid burning our product, order errors, and accidents.
  • Work with your team to create a great experience for our customers, demonstrating teamwork and flexibility.
  • Adhere to Capriotti's high standard of food quality and recipes.
  • Complete all training programs assigned to the specific duty, which is a requirement and ongoing throughout your employment.
Requirements
  • Excellent guest service skills are required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
  • Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • At least 16 years of age.
Compensation

$15.00 per hour.
