We're seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a Teacher at our KinderCare Learning Center in Kent, Washington. As a Teacher, you'll play a vital role in shaping the minds of young learners and helping them develop essential skills for future success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement our research-backed curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child
  • Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive growth
  • Partner with parents to provide exceptional care and education for their children
  • Support the success of our center by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
Qualifications
  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
