Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified educator to fill the position of Behavioral Support Coach at Shoal Creek Elementary School.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, administrators, and support staff to create a supportive learning environment for all students.

Key Responsibilities:

The Behavioral Support Coach will:

  • Provide one-on-one support to students with behavioral and academic challenges
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement student-centered instructional strategies
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate progress to parents and educators
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills

A bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or Special Education and certification through the Georgia Professional Standards Commission are required for this role.
