Compensation Package

The base pay range will be determined by your skills and experience, and you'll also have opportunities for monthly and quarterly commissions. Additionally, as a full-time employee, you'll be eligible for benefits including paid time off, paid holidays, and company-provided life insurance.

Job Responsibilities
  • Guide families and older adults to find the right living solution.
  • Work with local professionals to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
  • Partner with leadership to drive business success.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • A minimum of 2 years' relevant sales experience.
