Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Engineer Manager will be responsible for leading a team of manufacturing engineers at Blue Canyon Technologies. This role will involve developing and maintaining a manufacturing engineering team, working with leadership to set and assess priorities, and championing team objectives to achieve business success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of manufacturing engineers
- Develop, maintain, and execute career paths for direct reports
- Work with leadership to set and assess priorities across the team
- Ownership of yearly performance reviews for direct reports
- Champion team objectives to achieve business success
- Guide team in process improvement and individual projects to reduce cost and improve efficiency

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math
- 7-10 years related experience
- Prior management experience preferred
- 5+ years' experience in Aerospace or similar field (medical or semi-con) preferred

Working Conditions:

This job operates in a professional office environment, but in a manufacturing company. This role uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
