Job Summary

The Medical Assistant works collaboratively with medical professionals to deliver high-quality patient care. This role involves providing direct patient care under the supervision of a physician, ensuring the personal needs and comfort of patients are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care services, including vital signs, injections, and other medical procedures
  • Support the mission and values of WakeMed, understanding the needs of the practice
  • Work effectively with other medical professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2 Years Clinical Experience as a Medical Assistant (Preferred)
  • Certified Medical Assistant or Registered Medical Assistant within 24 Months of Hire
Work Schedule

Monday - Thursday, 7:30am - 5:00pm | Friday, 8:00am - 12:00pm

No weekend requirements or call shifts.
