We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Specialist to join our team at Naval Supply Systems Command. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the procurement of goods and services from various suppliers
- Develop and implement effective inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstocking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve supply chain issues
- Analyze and report on supply chain metrics to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
