About the Role:
Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide top-notch care to pediatric and adult patients in their own homes. As an LPN with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

**Key Responsibilities:**
Utilize your nursing expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with prescribed orders, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Assess signs and symptoms indicating changes in a patient's condition, utilizing your analytical skills to develop effective care plans.

**Requirements:**
Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state where you will practice, ensuring you meet all necessary regulatory requirements.
Possess a current TB or Chest X-Ray, maintaining a healthy work environment for yourself and our patients.
Hold a current BLS card, demonstrating your dedication to providing high-quality patient care.
One year of prior professional nursing experience is preferred, but not required.
