Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Duties: Greet residents and guests, respond to inquiries, and maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Light Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our facilities, including but not limited to, cleaning, painting, and repairing.
- Light Janitorial Tasks: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our common areas, including but not limited to, restrooms, hallways, and community rooms.
Requirements:
- Criminal Background Check: A thorough background check will be conducted prior to hire.
- Drug Testing: A drug test will be administered prior to hire and randomly throughout employment.
