Your Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough nursing assessments and develop tailored care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients' families.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring safe and effective care delivery.
  • Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff members and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented effectively.
  • Communicate patient information with assigned staff members and between shifts to ensure seamless care continuity.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess a graduate degree from an approved school of nursing and be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing. Additionally, CPR certification is required. If applicable, adhere to collective bargaining agreements, state laws, job grade, location, and length of service restrictions.
