Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing wound care.
  • Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Work with the Director of Nursing to provide direction and oversight to care staff regarding resident care.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in training and education programs to stay up-to-date on best practices in geriatric care.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing and current state license.
  • 1+ years of nursing experience preferred.
  • Ability to work well with others and take direction from management.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of state and federal nursing center laws and regulations regarding senior living care.
