Martial Arts Instructor

Impact Dojo is a dynamic and innovative martial arts organization dedicated to empowering children and adults through the teachings of martial arts. Founded in 2015 in the Chicagoland area, we have experienced rapid growth and are seeking a highly motivated and experienced martial arts instructor to join our team.

We are seeking a skilled and passionate martial arts instructor to lead our classes and workshops. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in martial arts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with children and adults of all ages.

• Provide high-quality martial arts instruction to students of all ages and skill levels.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote physical fitness, discipline, and character development.
• Supervise and manage students during classes and workshops, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to achieve program goals and objectives.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in martial arts instruction.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching martial arts to children and adults.
• Strong background in martial arts, with a focus on karate, taekwondo, or other compatible styles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with children and adults of all ages and skill levels.
• Physical ability to execute all responsibilities associated with this position.
