We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at IntelyCare. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and providing support to our healthcare facilities.
Responsibilities- Deliver post-acute care to patients, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications
- Conduct intakes and document patient health concerns and medical histories
- Review patient medical records and charts to ensure accurate care
- Administer medications and verify dosages
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients
- Assist with IV set up, vaccinations, and phlebotomies
- Adhere to care plans and follow medical staff guidelines
- Current Missouri state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Completion of an approved LPN educational program
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as an LPN or in a related role
- Competitive hourly pay range: $35-$50
