Key Responsibilities- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction and safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care, including medication administration, aseptic technique, and other care tasks.
- Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to enhance patient care, team collaboration, and analytical problem-solving.
- Maintain a detail-oriented approach to multiple tasks, ensuring follow-through and completion of tasks.
- Proficiency in EPIC is a plus, as it enhances the ability to provide efficient and effective patient care.
- Diploma from an accredited LPN program and current NYS LPN license.
- BCLS training and current certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
