Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Department Manager to lead our store operations and drive sales growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in planning and executing store operations, including scheduling and inventory management.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals and implement company programs.
  • Train and develop team members to improve sales skills and customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain store conditions, including cleanliness and organization.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
