Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Sports Medicine Specialist to join our team. As a member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing therapy services to maximize the physical mobility and functional skills of our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the provision of therapy services to patients with orthopedic and/or sports-related injuries.
  • Perform therapeutic exercises and activities to help patients achieve optimal physical performance.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patients' needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement exercise programs to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and mobility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as exercise science or sports medicine.
  • Previous work experience as a sports medicine specialist or athletic trainer preferred.
  • Licensed by the Board of State.
  • BCLS for healthcare providers certification upon hire and maintain current.
  • Certified or certification eligible in accordance with national Athletic Trainers Association (NATA) standards.
