About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at SSM Health Physical Therapy. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing exceptional care and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans in accordance with physician direction.
- Delegate and direct therapy services for assigned patients.
- Design functional treatment programs for effective return to community activities.
- Perform other professional duties associated with patient care and program delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
- Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
- CPR certification required.
