Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Tech to join our team at Trinity Health. As a Radiology Tech, you will be responsible for performing a variety of routine and skilled radiology tests, diagnostic tests, or procedures to patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform radiology tests and procedures under the direction of a clinic physician.
  • Maintain film and supply inventory.
  • Report pertinent results to patients and healthcare team members.
  • Comply with regulatory agencies (i.e. OSHA or Department of Health).
  • Participate in quality control and proficiency testing.
Requirements
  • State of Iowa permit to practice Radiology.
  • Knowledge of Radiographic theory and techniques, clinic policies and procedures, and principals of anatomy.
  • Medical lab techniques, principles, and instruments.
  • Medical office practices and procedures, office equipment, medical terminology, data entry, health insurance provider rules and regulations.
  • Work requires extensive technical or specialized training such as would be acquired in a college or technical school (i.e. completion of AMA approved two-year training program in radiologic technical and AAR+ certified).
