Role Significance:
The Associate Director of Equity Clearing & Settlement Product Ownership is crucial in transforming product vision into actionable squad outputs to fulfill the product strategy. This includes overseeing the product backlog, engaging with the team, Product Manager, clients, and essential stakeholders.

This position is vital to DTCC's Equity Clearing & Settlement Tribe, providing a unique chance to enhance a growing suite of data services. You will facilitate the success of data solutions encompassing major asset classes derived from DTCC's transaction, reference, position, and asset servicing data.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Convert product vision into strategic roadmaps, squad outputs, and release schedules
  • Lead project teams from inception to completion
  • Collaborate with partner teams to gather business requirements
  • Oversee the squad's backlog and refine user stories
  • Incorporate client feedback into the squad's processes
  • Maximize product value and provide analytical insights for informed decision-making
  • Develop and present high-quality presentations to partners and leadership
Qualifications:
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
