Patriot Enterprises LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Consultant, you will serve as a key advisor to the United States Army Reserve (USAR) Deployment Health Assessment Program (DHAP) Program Manager at Army G9.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

In this role, you will provide assistance and technical support via research and analysis, presenting program-related data that affects the program and providing suitable recommendations. You will also assist with training and technical support to the USAR DHAP Support Team.

As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for coordinating and completing DOD, DHA, DA-level, and Army Reserve staff actions related to the program, synchronizing correlating health assessments, including Mental Health and Periodic Health Assessments (MHA & PHA).

You will also assist in planning and facilitating working groups identified to work emerging program-related issues, events, and policies that impact the Army Reserves, recommending modifications to policies, directives, clinical, and training guidelines.

In addition, you will provide administrative assistance and support for health assessment optimization and policy integration by coordinating and scheduling program screening events for tracking completion and referral rates in monthly briefings to Senior Leaders and assisting Soldiers in obtaining access to care in support of readiness issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide data metrics, assist in preparing draft briefings, information papers, executive summaries, executive correspondence, white papers, and other written products.
  • Coordinate with internal & external agencies such as the Army Deputy Chief of Staff, G-9, program management team, Medical Command (MEDCOM), Medical Readiness Commands, Health Commands, Defense Health Agency (DHA), other United States Army Reserve (USAR) organizations, United States Army National Guard, Department of the Army Civilians (DAC), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs), Armed Forces Health Surveillance Center (AFHSC), Department of Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC), The Army Casualty and Mortuary Affairs Operation Center (CMAOC), and U.S. Army Human Resources Command (HRC).
  • Research, prepare, and provide recommendations to queries from internal interest groups such as Medical Readiness Commands, coordinators, and points of contact as well as field inquiries from Commanders, Unit Representatives, and Soldiers; as well as external groups to include but not limited to Congress, the White House, and/or the media for senior leaders within DOD, DHA, DA, and/or USAR.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree - preferably in Business or Health Administration.
  • At least 5 years of experience performing complex technical activities in support of Soldier deployment and readiness, contract transition service activities, developing operational concepts, plans, and instructions, identifying alternative courses of action, and making recommendations.
  • Must understand all phases of deployment.
  • Senior Officer or NCO experience.
  • Quality Control analysis experience.
  • Experience working with Army Reserve training development and/or management programs.
  • Ability to work with people as a team to include but not limited clients and team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Ability to perform under stress.
  • Ability to solve problems.
  • Knowledge of confidentiality requirements at senior management levels.
  • Knowledge of appropriate client contact and interface methods at senior management levels.
  • Strong knowledge and experience working in Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel overnight.
