  • Table Management: Set and clear tables efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for the next guests.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and coordinated service and assist with other tasks as needed to maintain a well-functioning dining environment.
  • Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as a server assistant or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
  • Strong customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Work Environment:

As a PM Server Assistant, you will be working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, interacting with guests, and collaborating with the service team to ensure a seamless dining experience. You will be required to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move around the restaurant as needed.
