About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a dedicated and proficient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide exceptional care at Talamore Senior Living. This role is part-time and requires a commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare to our residents.
Work Schedule:
This position involves working from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a schedule of one day per week, alternating weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and document vital signs and other medical information accurately.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to create and execute individualized care plans.
- Ensure that medical records are maintained accurately and are up-to-date.
Essential Qualifications:
- Current LPN license in the relevant state.
- Experience in a senior living or long-term care environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience caring for residents with dementia or Alzheimer's disease.
- Proficiency in multiple languages.
Skills Required:
As an LPN at Talamore Senior Living, you will leverage your clinical expertise and attention to detail to provide outstanding care to our residents.
