Baker and Packager Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Baker and Packager Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing fresh baked goods daily, ensuring high-quality products, and providing exceptional customer service to our members.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment, following recipes/make-up instructions, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team, communicate effectively, and be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
- Ensure commitment to operational excellence, maintain a clean and organized work area, and ensure quality and date control standards for bakery items.
- Be an advocate for the department and the club by valuing member satisfaction, modeling high-quality service and products, and executing the basics at the highest possible level of quality.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
