About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Management Training program at Enterprise Holdings. As a Management Trainee, you'll embark on a comprehensive training journey that will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our business operations, including customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
  • Learn from experienced mentors and industry experts through hands-on training and coaching.
  • Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with opportunities to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners, and develop a customer-centric mindset.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
  • Ability to relocate to a new location within 30 days, if required.
