About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team as a Platform Engineering Lead. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing and managing scalable cloud-based infrastructure solutions to support our growing customer base.

Job Responsibilities
  • Design and manage cloud-based infrastructure solutions using AWS/GCP/Azure platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement infrastructure best practices
  • Ensure high availability and performance of cloud-based infrastructure systems
  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks to streamline infrastructure deployment and management
  • Participate in on-call rotations to ensure prompt response to infrastructure-related incidents
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience managing database platforms in production environments, with 2+ years specifically focused on MongoDB
  • Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, including deploying and managing stateful workloads
  • Proven experience automating database operations using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi
  • Deep understanding of MongoDB internals, including sharding, replica sets, and query optimization
  • Proficiency in Kubernetes concepts like StatefulSets, Operators, and Persistent Volume Claims
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools tailored to databases (e.g., Prometheus, MongoDB Atlas monitoring)
  • Dedicated to building robust, scalable, and self-serviceable MongoDB systems that empower developers and reduce operational complexity
