Medical Telemetry Nurse Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Medical Telemetry Nurse to join our team at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a Medical Telemetry Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to patients with cardiac and respiratory conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to patients with cardiac and respiratory conditions
- Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 1 year Nursing experience
