About the Job

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Physical Therapist to make a positive impact on the lives of patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
  • Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
  • Share on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
  • Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
  • Transport patients as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • One to three years of experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions
  • Ability to follow verbal instructions
  • PC skills
