Cirrus Aircraft is seeking a skilled Aircraft Painter to join our team in Duluth, Minnesota. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for applying primer, basecoat, and clear coat to aircraft exterior surfaces using various application methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply paint coatings to aircraft exterior surfaces using cup gun, pressure pot, or Graco P-Mix machine
- Mix coating systems, using catalyst, accelerants, and reducing solvents
- Identify, repair, and troubleshoot paint defects
- Maintain and clean paint booth, part holding fixtures, and paint application equipment
- Follow MSDS, technical data sheets, and hazardous waste disposal procedures
Requirements:
- One year technical school in Auto Body/Paint or equivalent combination of education and experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
