Aureus Medical Group - Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 10-week assignment in Shallotte, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and be able to work in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of patients
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine patient needs and goals
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements:

  • Compact or NC license accepted
  • CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • State License-Physical Therapist-North Carolina
  • NPI NUMBER
