Key Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in maintenance roles, particularly within residential communities.
- Possession of EPA Universal or HVAC Certification is mandatory.
- CPO Certification is advantageous; experience in pool maintenance is necessary.
- Proficient in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with property management software such as Onesite or Yardi is a plus.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks in residential units, shared spaces, and amenities.
- Prepare vacant units for new residents, which includes maintenance, painting, cleaning, HVAC servicing, and carpet care.
- Implement preventive maintenance strategies and ensure property upkeep.
- Complete maintenance requests and assist in monitoring property grounds.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
